With support from Meredith faculty and staff, Business Administration major Emma Bailey made the most of experiential 学习 opportunities including study abroad and an impressive internship.
Legacy Scholar and Honors student Ally Cefalu, ’22, double majored in biology and psychology, became a Student Assistant, conducted lab research, and formed a strong bond with the Meredith community. After graduating from Meredith, she took her passion for biology and mental health to work as an Analyst I at BioAgilytix.
After sharpening her skills in the United States Marine Corps, Tylena布朗, ’22, chose to attend Meredith College as a Wings — Adult Education student studying business administration with a concentration in human resources.

Dr. Jo Allen has received the Order of the Long Leaf Pine, the highest honor for service in the State of North Carolina. The Office of the Governor grants the award to individuals with 30 or more years of service to North Carolina.
Three Meredith scholars who were awarded the College’s highest academic honor, the Full-Ride Merit Scholarship, were celebrated on Friday, 4月19日, 2024, as they prepare to graduate.
Meredith College’s 41st Annual Juried Student Art Exhibition runs through September 12 in Johnson Hall Rotunda Gallery. An opening reception and awards ceremony will be held on Thursday, April 25 from 5-7 p.m.
The most recent Meredith Poll, in the field April 11-17, 2024, featured questions about North Carolina voters’ general election preferences, concerns about barriers to voting, knowledge of voting rights for college students and people convicted of felonies, and views on the state’s new sports gambling law.
Meredith College has changed the class ring supplier from Jostens to Balfour & Co.
Meredith College held its annual awards and recognition celebration for employees on April 15, 2024. 教师 and 工作人员 recognition awards were presented, and employees who reached milestone years of employment during the 2023-24 academic year were recognized for their service.
Meredith College’s 22nd annual Celebrating Student Achievement (CSA) Day was held on Thursday, 4月18日, 2024. This Meredith tradition offered a full day showcasing student work, from the 8:30 a.m. poster session in the Carlyle Campbell 图书馆 to departmental events in the evening.
